At Regal we believe that to make good coffee demands time and skill.
We take the finest coffee beans and carefully roast them in small batches to bring out the best flavour.
There is no hot air in our products, just an extra time and care needed to flame roast the coffee for a distinctive, warm flavour.
We roast our coffee to four different levels for you to enjoy.
- Light Roast-just after the first crack in the roasting process, giving a coffee that keeps the flavour of its original bean.
- Medium Roast-just before the coffee cracks for a second time giving a balanced, sweeter coffee with subtle flavour.
- Dark Roast- after the second crack a wormer spicier coffee with a full roast flavour.
- Extra dark Roast- a light bodied but intense roast, with most of the flavour coming from the roasting.
